Create a Message Responder then click the "Responder Correlation" tab. Under "HTTP Methods" you can click a box to match on "DELETE". This will work for empty request body. If you need a different Message Responder that matches on "DELETE" (or any other verb) with a non-empty body then you can you can use the "Request Body" section for that as well.

    Hi,

Also the "Responder Correlation" tab is where you can find options for setting correlations based on URL query parameters.

    Hi,

As mentioned, in the "Responder Correlation" tab there is a section called "URL Parameters" that can be used to input the parameter name, and value to correlate to.
