Does upgrading Parasoft to latest version of Virtualise and SOATest affects virtual and test assets

    Hi,

    The latest version will be able to read and make use of tests and virtual assets developed in previous versions. Using the latest version to make changes and save tests of virtual assets may make older versions unable to read the saved changes.

    Is there a particular use case you have in mind of when using the latest version would be a concern?

    our team is using Parasoft 9.10.1 older version so we had concern if we update to latest version of Virtualise or SOATest will it make our old virtual assets corrupt or incompatible to use further

    Hi,

    I would recommend that the team all upgrade together at the same time. Virtual Assets saved by the latest version, which is significantly newer than 9.10.1, will not be readable by 9.10.1
