Run soatest from different user account

I would like to run soatest gui under a different account than my windows account. Is this possible? thx

    This should be no different than starting other Windows applications as a different user. In general, you can right-click on the application's shortcut then click "Run as different user".

    Have to hold the shift key and Right click to "Run as Different User". Just right clicking will not show (Just Run as Administrator). thx
