How to add jar files in CTP
Can any one help me how to add files in CTP? as my soatest project dependent on java project.

CTP will not execute your project, so there is no need to add or change dependence in CTP.
Instead, please add your jars to classpath available for your SOAtest server.
There is a few way to get it working, see here or here--

CTP is a thin client that allows teams to create/execute API tests (SOAtest) as well as create virtual services (Virtualize) from a browser-based interface.
