Query on features Supported

I am a new user to Parasoft Virtualize service and trying to understand the features provided.
Inline would like to know if Parasoft Virtualize provides the below features

1. Scalability: Horizontal and Vertically scalable?
2. Does it support state maintainability viz., machine states persistence across API calls.
3. Which programming language it is written in?

Would appreciate if anyone can help me with the above info.

P.S: Sorry if this is a repetitive query and if so, please help with the right pointer/link.
