connection Reset issue

Whenever i ran the request in SOA it will end up with "Connection Reset issue"

    Hi anu,
    it looks that you have incorrectly configured transport.
    Do you use SSL?
    Do you have all certificates required by your host?
    Do you have JCE installed?
    I'm assuming that you see "Connection reset by peer", if not, give us more details for your problem.

    I see only Connection Reset error. and i dont use SSL.
