I think I may know the answer but would like to verify. I have the community edition. I would like to execute the command CLI to launch SOATest which would call the "Virtualize" community edition remotely for instance a VM (Virtual Machine). is there a command line script to run the underlining apache server to run the virtualize instance? thx

Are you wanting to run virtualizecli to start up a headless Virtualize server? If so, that capability is not part of community edition - you would need to purchase a Virtualize server license to get that capability.
