size limitation for a 'xsd:base64Binary' type?

I'm doing a request that has an element that is of type 'xsd:base64Binary', and I choose to reference a .tif file. If that file is 28kb, the request is successful. However, if that file is 80kb I get an HTTP Response Code 400 that says 'bad request'. Is there a limit on the size of the file that SOA Test will send? I didn't see any preferences or anything that I could set for this. Any ideas?

Thanks so much!!!!

    Hello Mary,

I am unaware of any such limits. You can check that SOAtest is sending the entire file by looking at the request in the traffic viewer.
If SOAtest is putting the entire file in the request, then problem is likely that the total request size exceeds the limit of the HTTP server that the request is being sent to.

Please let me know if this helps you solve the problem.
