How can I automate PDF form signing SOA test

It sounds like you need to fill out some fields in the PDF, and then send the PDF somewhere. Filling out the fields will need to be done using a different application than SOAtest. You could then use the External Tool or Extension Tool in SOAtest to call that other application to make it part of your overall scenario.

i have 20 steps in my e2e flow, let say I am getting Terms and condition pdf form as response and need to fill three fields like date, applicant name and applicant signature then I need to send the completed form in to next step request. here I need suggestion how can i automate this process in SOA test
