Retirement of Parasoft Forums
Dear Parasoft Customer,
As part of our ongoing commitment to giving you faster, smarter access to the answers you need, we'll be retiring our community forums and replacing them with IDA, our new Intelligent Digital Assistant.
For years, our community forums have been a place to troubleshoot issues, share best practices, and learn from other Parasoft users. We're grateful for everything this community has built together, and that knowledge isn't going away. IDA will be trained on all the existing content from our forums, so the solutions and insights you've shared over the years will continue to help others. We've also heard clearly that finding the right answer quickly matters more than ever, and IDA is built to do exactly that: instant, accurate, conversational support drawing on the full depth of our product knowledge and community expertise, available whenever you need it.
In the coming weeks, we'll be winding down the forums and directing that traffic to IDA. You can start using IDA today, in the bottom right-hand corner of this page, or right from the Parasoft Support page or directly within the Customer Portal. Forums will be formally decommissioned on October 16, 2026.
