Is Messaging Client (output tool) exposed via API

I am working on an automation work that involves a messaging client as an out put tool. Is the Messaging Client output tool exposed via API ? I am using Virtualize 2025.3.0

    I don't see the messaging client in the REST API. There is a resource for creating a REST Client, which can do almost all the same things that a messaging client can.
