Not able to create a job at folder level in Boasoatestserver

I created a folder under Boasoatestserver . Under that folder I uploaded multiple test suites but I can't create jobs at folder.

Test execution jobs are saved in the CTP database and not as a file within a folder. Rather, a single job may include multiple test scenarios from multiple folders.
