Does Executing Provisioning Actions Requires License?

I'm noticing an popup error "License is not set", while executing a provisioning Actions Error.

    Yes, the tool must be licensed. I can't create or execute provisioning actions unless I enable my Virtualize license in the Preferences dialog.

    @benken_parasoft We have license of Virtualize Professional Desktop license and Everything is working. but while trying to build .pvn and trying to execute. then we are seeing the popup "License is not set". unfortunately we don't have SOATest Desktop License. do you think that is causing the issue?

    Could you try running your .pvn using the "Virtualize Example Configuration". See screenshot.
