how to compare 2 XML files
Both XMS are request and can be fetched from database as well. I want to compare these 2 in SOA test

The Diff tool is what you use to compare two documents. In this case, you would select "XML" in the "Diff Mode" box.

Under Diff mode -> I select XML
Under Regression Control Source ->Editor
Under Ignored Differences-> Do I need to add anything?0 -
The Diff tool has an Input and a Control Source. You choose one document under Input and the other document under Control Source. You will see an Input tab if you add the Diff tool as a test. If your Diff tool is chained to the output of another tool, then the Input is whatever document is passed along that output.

What differences you chose to ignore is entirely up to you.
