SSH Client

Currently we make use of a third party SSD Client jar for executing commands on remote aix/linux environment. Wouldn't it be worthwhile to add this functionality as a standard test in Parasoft SOAtest?

@dgoedh - Which third party jar do you currently use, and how are you using it?

@jakubiak - Currently we use an SSH Client from Ingenico, that has been provided by our local Dutch Parasoft consultant. It looks like the sftp client from the Parasoft marketplace, but then you can provide all kinds of aix/linux comments.

Hi Jakubiak, sorry for the late response... We are currently using a jar from Ingenico which has been provided by a Dutch Parasoft consultant. This jar looks a lot like the sftp one from the market place, but it does not have a home directory and in the 10 command fields you can provide all kinds of AIX/Linux commands. It also needs ssh keys etc. to work.
I thought this ssh-client is elgible to be incorporated as a standard test within SOAtest.

Hopes this is the information you are looking for.

    Have a nice day.

    Daniel
