Why Is Collect Stub Information Failing?

We are using ParaSoft with GreenHills development environment.
When we try to collect stub information we get the following error in the console:
"Could not preprocess source file" (See the attached file for full error description)
Can someone tell us what is wrong?

Hello Andrew,
As a current customer, you can get your answer quickly from Parasoft technical support by visiting https://customerportal.parasoft.com and by creating a support case. Based on your screenshot, it seems like C/C++test failed to pre-process your stub file. It may require more information such as the Technical Support Archive to investigate what's going on.
