I am using an excel file as a data source in my test suite. Now, once the execution is over I want to update a particular column under the same excel file.

In short, updating an Excel spreadsheet with data from SOAtest requires the use of a library like Apache POI through SOAtest's Extension Tool.
Can you elaborate why you need to update the Excel spreadsheet? Is this for reporting purposes, or another reason?
