License Server Administration ID and Password

I have a question about the standalone license server. I would like to change the default userid and password for logging into the server administration. I have looked around inside the server administration but did not see anything about changing this and then searching the forums I did not find anything here either. The installation instructions recommends changing them but does not say how to do so. Am I missing something simple here?

To make changes to your password, log into the user administration module with one of the following addresses:
http://:8080/pstsec for HTTP
https://:8080/pstsec for HTTPS

Steps:
1. Click on the user you would like to change the password for:

2. Enter a new password for the password field and click on Save

3. If successful, you should see the following:
