Error Refreshing CTP

Good morning,

When I attempt to refresh CTP I am receiving the error "An error has occurred handling the request in SOAtest." with no additional details.

When I check the catalina log file on the CTP server, I am seeing this error repeating.

All servers are showing as "Online" status, and the refresh appears to have been successful. I can even ping the Virtualize server that is supposedly the problem. I can't find anything in the documentation to track down issues here. Any ideas?

    Relevant information from the log is "CTP is unable to connect to this SOAtest/Virtualize server on any of the provided ports: [9080] Try restarting this SOAtest/Virtualize server." Has this problem been resolved since you first reported it? If so, would you kindly share your solution?
