Unable to replace a tag value from External excel(Static)

Hi Team
I am trying to pass static date from external excel data for response data tag. But the value is not able to pass and attached the steps and different responses I am getting via table data source & external excel data source.
--> Table data source the value is passing without an issue
--> External data source unable to pass the value from excel to response
