Are you allowed to run multiple instances of soatestcli at the same time. I tried to run this through Jenkins and it failed.

    If I remember right the license agreement does not permit this. From a technical perspective, a SOAtest workspace can only be used by one instance of SOAtest at a time.

    so the workspace is the issue. Let me try running them concurrently in two different workspace.
