SOATest denies the user from Windows 10 desktop

The user was fine connecting from Windows 7 desktop. However, once the OS was upgraded to Windows 10, the user is not able to connect to the SOATest server. The license server access log shows 'REQUEST_DENIED' message. What could be the cause?

    let me clarify your question.
    Are you, after OS upgrade,see message about lack of correct license in SOAtest GUI?
    I'm assuming that this is the problem, correct me if I'm wrong.
    There might be several reasons of such behavior:
    -machine ID has changed after OS upgrade, and your License Server can not grant correct license
    -license reservation has been used on License Server due to machine ID change
    -incorrect license request has been sent from SOAtest desktop ( network problem)

    Are you able to publish on forum logs and screenshot of current SOAtest license configuration from License Server?
    If not, please contact with SOAtest support team.

    Thank you for your response, I really appreciate it. The machine ID change might be the reason for this issue. Do you know how to correct that? Do I need to remove her id and re-add it to fix this issue?

    Also, I closely read the log, actually version 9.8 was working, the issue only happens on version 9.9. Any thought?

    check if you don't have any reservation or blockades on requested license.
