How do I setup a corelation when there are only 2 parameters in the request?

Below is the request format for which I need help in setting up corelation. Is there a way to read the values with tags through a java file?

    What format is the request? Is it a fixed length or similar kind of format? If so, you may be able to convert it to XML which would then make correlation easy.
