How to Debug an ISAPI dll with Insure++
Other than the standard way to debug NT services (which is described in the Insure++ manual in the "Usage Options" section), IIS provides special hooks for debugging ISAPI extension dlls. Because the process is a little complex, I'm only posting links to relevant articles for now.a most useful article
