fixed length file issue

I've implemented new datamodel file to parse file with lines start with (HDR, then ING, ABD, DDD, ADR [loop], then TRL) and it works fine
but when I added two fields to this loop (SEP & MAN) the datamodel fail to parse them and I can't understand what is the issue
I've attached the datamodel with the extra fields and the file I want to parse, if anyone can try to debug it and tell me
