    Hi,

    That error is a network layer error that happens when we are unable to reach the specified host. Could you give more information about where in the product and what is happening when you see this error happen?

    To put it another way, DNS lookup failed. The host name could not be resolved to an IP address.

    how to reslove this issue if i have the IP address for the host uschleai4010v.corporate.ingrammicro.com and where we need to configure this.

    The Unknow host error i got when i ran the test scenario in CTP server

    You are able to reach that host from your machine if you run the test locally? If you can reach it when you run from your local machine but not from CTP then you may need to ask you IT department about why the CTP server cannot resolve that hostname.
