Header files not being analyzed/reported (Static Analysis)

How do I enable them in the analysis and report? Using C/C++ Test for VS2013.

C++test 9.6.1.97

    Soo.... not sure why but when I had some of the project files read only it would exclude them from the analysis. Setting read/write for the whole thing worked.

    I'm still confused but glad it works.
