Addition of WSDL is resulting in handshake_failure

Hi All,
I am new to Parasoft and am trying to create a virtual asset on this WSDL - https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/wsdl/PayPalSvc.wsdl. But when I am trying to add it, the request fails and results in below mentioned error.
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure
Could someone help me out with this? TIA

Yes.
Please see Enabling TLSv1.2 in SOAtest/Virtualize. TLS 1.2 just works in 9.10 and later.5
