Can I use any other xpath functions other than "local-name" and "text" in Request Body corelation?

yes, the part (Xpath) which you have on screenshot, bellow section Function and Value allows you to edit particular Xpath and provide your own Xpath's functions

You can run any XPath 1.0 or 2.0 expression you like. However, you generally want the expression to return true or false, where true means that the correlation succeeds. Otherwise, usual XPath rules for true/false apply. See Effective Boolean Value.

Or 3.0 :). The XPath processor actually supports most functions and operators from 3.0 as well.
