Starting Chrome in developer mode

Does anyone know if it is possible to start Chrome with developer tools open from SOAtest?

    You can manually open the developer tools after Chrome is launched from SOAtest - but there is no way to tell SOAtest to launch Chrome with the developer tools automatically opened.
