Bug in Line Coverage mode

If you run the successful mode of the .sln file I gave you (removing the PreInitialize functions), it seems that the LINE COVERAGE for TestExectThread is wrong.
I get the following result (see attached).
It does not make sense because when I debug it, it does execute the SoftChannel::addApplication function. So whats the problem here?
